These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the zs7777 online gaming platform, accessible at https://zs7777.cam ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, logging in or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

To register and maintain an Account on zs7777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.

• You must not hold another active Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance forfeited.
• All information you provide during registration must be accurate, current and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

To open an Account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address and country of residence. You consent to zs7777 using this information to verify your identity.

Identity Verification (KYC): Before processing any withdrawal request, and at other points as determined by the operator, you will be required to complete KYC verification. This typically involves submitting one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, driving licence)
• Proof of address issued within the preceding three months
• Source of funds documentation as required
• Payment method verification documents

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any balance in accordance with applicable terms. We recommend completing KYC early to avoid delays when requesting withdrawals.

You are responsible for keeping your Account credentials — including your password — secure and confidential. zs7777 will never request your password by email or live chat. If you believe your Account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

All deposits to your Account are held in PKR and must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. zs7777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to have originated from a third party may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be updated periodically. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform. Deposits are generally credited to your Account promptly upon successful transaction confirmation, though processing times may vary depending on the method used.

Cryptocurrency deposits (including BTC and USDT) may be accepted subject to applicable exchange rates at the time of transaction. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and Users accept the price volatility risk associated with cryptocurrency use.

zs7777 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any deposit before making funds available for wagering. We will not be liable for any delays arising from the payment processing systems of third-party financial service providers.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the Account cashier section. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used for deposits ("source-of-funds" requirement).
• Any active Bonus wagering requirements attached to your Account balance must be satisfied before the associated funds are eligible for withdrawal, unless the operator has indicated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section. zs7777 reserves the right to apply processing fees where indicated.

zs7777 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses and other incentives to registered Users. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, minimum odds restrictions and maximum bonus amounts. These are published at the point of promotion and must be read before opting in.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible User unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Creating duplicate accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified time limit. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited.
• zs7777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, subject to fair-play obligations.

All sports betting markets, live casino games, slot titles and other gaming products available on the Platform are subject to their own specific rules, which are published within the relevant game or market interface. You are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before placing a bet or wager.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each betting market and game has specified minimum and maximum stake limits. zs7777 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice, particularly in response to unusual betting patterns or risk management requirements.

Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, malfunction or data feed failure that affects a bet or game outcome, zs7777 reserves the right to void the affected bets. We cannot be held liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

Sports Betting: All sports markets, including PSL, ICC cricket, international football, UFC and other events, are subject to our Sports Betting Rules. Markets may be suspended, amended or voided in response to material events affecting the outcome or integrity of a fixture. Live in-play markets are subject to additional latency conditions.

Suspicious Betting: Unusual or suspicious betting patterns may be subject to review. zs7777 reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings pending investigation and to void bets or close accounts where integrity concerns are identified.

Users of zs7777 must not engage in any of the following conduct:

• Opening more than one Account on the Platform (duplicate accounts will be closed).
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches or delays in the Platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using funds obtained through unlawful means, or using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or financial crime.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals without first attempting to resolve the matter through our support channels.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or members of our support team.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zs7777 and its affiliates, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits or anticipated benefits.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Service interruptions, technical failures or maintenance downtime.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited or restricted.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination by you: You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your Account, any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied or the relevant bonus forfeited. Withdrawable balances will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures following completion of KYC.

Termination by zs7777: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A User has breached these Terms or any applicable law.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity.
• A User has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Regulatory, legal or risk-management requirements necessitate account closure.

In the event of Account termination for breach of Terms, zs7777 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where applicable, to forfeit funds associated with prohibited conduct.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated or licensed, to the exclusion of conflict-of-laws rules.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded by contract.

Pakistan-specific note: Use of this Platform by persons located in Pakistan is subject to all applicable Pakistani laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. zs7777 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own legal risk and responsibility.

zs7777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
